TAX CONSULTANT & TRAINEE – LICENSING SERVICES – DELOITTE VIETNAM TAX

Office location: 18th Floor, Times Square Building, 57-69F Dong Khoi Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Job responsibilities:
Fulfill the tasks assigned with sufficient coaching by experienced Consultant/ Senior Consultant including but not limited to:
- Research prevailing regulations of incorporation activities in Vietnam, company structure and company operation;
- Undertake works related to applying for business establishment licenses, amendment, extension, etc;
- Work directly government authorities to prepare the application and relevant documents for establishing representative offices, foreign owned companies, locally owned companies and complete the post-licensing works for such clients;
- Assist the team in performing research and providing advice to clients on Law on Enterprise and Investment and the related regulations;
- Liaise and follow up with the Authorities in relation to the licensing process;
- Supervise and monitor the work process of the assigned projects;
- Perform other work related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration – Law;
- Strong Word and Power Point skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral and written English communication skills;
- Experience in working with various government authorities, especially with the licensing authorities;
- Good knowledge of Law on Enterprise and Investment;
- Professionalism, well-organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated team player, with a thorough, systematic approach, and the ability to work to deadlines;
- Working carefully and detail is strongly required.
